DESIGNING
Design of construction objects is one of the most important directions of the PBC-Agroprojekt company. We perform the entire complex of works, from a detailed study of the site for the object to the development of the necessary documents. It does not matter if the design process has already started or not. After all, our specialists will be able to participate in the design work at any stage, so that the customer receives a high-quality project, because the final result depends on this - the high-quality construction of the object. There are no small or big projects for us. The most important thing for us is to find a rational solution for the construction of the object together with the customer. For each of the customers, our company provides an individual solution.
PBC-AGROPROJEKT PERFORMS THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF SERVICES
On the basis of surveying the relief of the surrounding territory, road construction,
engineering networks, and other building elements, we conduct an analysis of
topographical conditions for the start of construction.
(including static sounding) is an important design stage that allows you to determine
the economic feasibility of construction in a given area. In the process of work, the
physical and mechanical properties of the soil, features of the relief are studied in
detail, possible risks that may arise in the process of construction work are
determined.
Based on the data of the previous stages, we develop planning, architectural and
construction, engineering solutions for the project. We provide the Customer with a
general plan of the object for consideration, which includes a comprehensive
description of the object: dimensions of the premises, level markings, number of
floors, sections of the building and other details.
We elaborate in detail the working drawings of the construction structures of the
object.
Includes layout design and installation of utilities. We thoroughly work out the
planning details in order to ensure comfortable operating conditions of these systems
after the completion of construction works.
The drawings are developed in strict compliance with regulatory and technical
documents, current norms, which guarantees the safety of further operation of
electrical equipment. We provide the Customer with solutions for the organization,
installation of cable lines, internal and external electric lighting in accordance with
current regulations.
It is the basis of fire safety of the building. Based on these planning decisions, we
provide the Customer with schemes for the most optimal location of fire alarm systems.
The project is being developed in accordance with regulatory and technical
documentation.
A special section, which includes the analysis of the impact of the construction object
on the surrounding area. Starting from December 2017, according to the Law of Ukraine
"On Environmental Impact Assessment" (EIA), it is prohibited to start economic activity
without conducting an environmental impact assessment and obtaining a decision on the
planned activity. We analyze the quantitative indicators of the impact of the planned
activity on the environment, predict the degree of impact and develop measures to
prevent harmful action or minimize it. "PBС-Agroprojekt" carries out design and
coordination of environmental impact assessment, both as a section of a comprehensive
work project and separately.

planning drawings, diagrams, explanatory notes, etc. The PBС-Agroprojekt company is a
