The PBC-Agroprojekt company provides engineering services for the design and construction of industrial, commercial, residential and other facilities. Our goal is to provide the customer with a complete list of relevant and necessary information, which will allow the quality construction of an object of any degree of complexity.

OUR COMPANY EXECUTES

• We evaluate the possibility of placing the object on the site, which is proposed for construction in compliance with all legal acts.
• We analyze the provision of the future object with raw materials (transport infrastructure), energy resources (electricity, heat supply, gas, etc.), personnel.
• We provide an assessment of the possibility of building water supply and sewerage networks.
• In advance, we work out the technologies of the future object, the general plan and the main constructive solutions for buildings and structures.
• If necessary, we carry out the entire complex of engineering-geodetic and engineering-geological studies, collect raw data for design.
• We analyze the raw data and provide an estimate of the construction cost.

THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES:

• Town planning calculation with technical and economic indicators, which is the basis for obtaining permits for construction.
• Coordination of technical issues with local self-government bodies as needed.
• Issuance of documentation for construction (allocation of land, etc.).
